I'm not sure I did it justice, but here is my photograph from last weekend's Aurora event. I didn't find out about the aurora coming to Washington until an hour before dusk. My partner excitedly called and asked if I wanted to go. I had been awake since 5AM that day and, if it weren't for her enthusiasm, I might have skipped it. I'm glad I didn't. I lived in North Pole, Alaska, and I've been to Iceland. Last weekend's aurora event was spectacular. Among the best I've seen. We drove 2.5 hours...
